Friday: 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.

Saturday: 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.

POLICIES

Cancellations

We understand scheduling conflicts may arise, but due to the popularity and nature of services a 24 hour notice of cancellation is required on most appointments, a 48 hour notice on multiple appointments.

No Shows

After failing for a second time to show up for an appointment without giving 24 hour cancellation notice your credit card information will be taken and you will be charged the full price of the service if you fail to show again.

Spa Etiquette

Please arrive 10-15 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment to fill out a client intake form, unwind, and be prepared for your service. For your own serenity and that of other guests Aviva requests that you turn off your cell phone prior to arrival.

Payment

Cash is always appreciated but we also accept checks, credit, and debit cards. We do not accept American Express.

Personal Storage & Valuables

Aviva Esthetics cannot assume responsibility for any lost or stolen items. For security purposes please refrain from bringing anything of value into the esthetics shoppe.

Gratuities

A gratuity is not included in the price of the service. Gratuity is left to the discretion of the guest and should be based on personal satisfaction. A gratuity can be included in your service check or charge.

Late Arrivals

All appointments are coordinated to provide maximum benefit to each guest. Should you arrive late for your appointment please note that you may opt to shorten your treatment time if time allows or you may choose to reschedule your appointment. All late arrivals are subject to full charge.

Refunds or Exchanges

No refunds or exchanges on products.

Guests will fully indemnify and hold harmless Aviva Esthetics from and against all liabilities, claims, expenses, damages and losses, including legal fees (on an indemnity basis), arising out of or in connection with the spa treatments, services and/or facilities.
